Rowland is the name of our first Bouncing Books Library Bus. He has been named after the late Uncle of our founder Luke Ellyard whose initial donation has enabled us to get our mission and vision off the ground and up and running.
Rowland is currently being purchased in Tanzania after which we will start to fit him out in time for our first shipment of Library Books. Rowland will start rolling at the beginning of 2023.
Rowland will carry up to 10,000 books to bring reading and learning to the schools we support.
